Sound Therapy: Be Immersed In Sound
Sound Therapy
Sound therapy is a therapeutic practice that uses vibration and frequencies to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance in the body and mind. It involves the use of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and drums to create harmonic resonance. During a session, you can expect to lie comfortably while the sound washes over you.
Your Personalised Experience
During your session, you'll experience a tailored sound environment. The frequencies and vibrations are designed not just for relaxation, but also to engage with your brainwaves and nervous system for emotional balance. It’s a client-focused journey aimed at reducing stress and anxiety.
We offer 1-1 or couples sound therapy sessions to ensure a personal and intimate experience. For children, a parent is welcome to join for free, ensuring a comprehensive support system during your session.
Preparing for Your Session
To maximise the benefits of your sound healing session, wear comfortable clothes and come ready to unwind. Choose to either lie down or sit in a comfortable position as you allow the therapeutic sounds to envelop you, bringing you into a state of calm and wellbeing. Sessions are typically on a mat on the floor, but a chair can be provided if preferred.
